PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISIONING AND START-UP SERVICES

- Provide consulting and human capital sourcing support for the preparation and implementation of the Management of Change for: personnel recruitment, training, procedures preparation, organizational development according to client’s Job descriptions and necessary skills, and Assets Management.
- Coordinate the planning, tracking, reporting and controlling of PC&S from Mechanical Completion to hand over until total Start-up completion, in a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly manner.
